I was treated by Prof Senapati and his team for a Hiatus Hernia and an Oesophageal stricture.

It is with pleasure that I would recommend the professional treatment of Prof Siba Senapati, I was treated by Prof Senapati and his team for a Hiatus Hernia and an Oesophageal stricture. This condition before treatment had impacted on my health for a number of years, it had resulted in my diet being restricted to soft foods such as soups and ice cream and fish.

Once referred to Prof Senapati he treated initially the stricture. The procedure of upper endoscopy with dilation was always carried out by Prof Senapati and his team with care and consideration , this was very reassuring and I always had confidence in the teams professional ability .

The care and attention at the Highfield Hospital was excellent from all staff.

The overall view I had was that I was in safe hands with a team who cared for me and always kept me informed. As a result of the treatment for reducing oesophagus stricture then I was able to increase the range of foods I could digest.

Prof Senapati and his team also treated my Hiatus hernia ,again this procedure was completed in a caring and professional manner. It has now been about a year since the treatments were completed and the treatments have enabled me to quite quickly return to a normal diet of full range of foods, this has contributed to an improved quality of life.
