Since having a sleeve gastrectomy on 30th December 2019 my quality of life has increased tremendously. I feel healthier, more confident and more like myself than I have for years. I have lost just over 6 stone so far in around 7 months and have honestly never felt better. I have gone from a size 18/20 to a 12/14 and am enjoying exercise and every day activities which I once found difficult and uncomfortable.

Having this operation was the best decision I have ever made for my health and happiness and my only wish is I had done it sooner. Professor Senapati and his team were fantastic from my initial consultation, they gave me all the information I needed, put me at ease throughout my consultations and hospital stay and have been helpful and supportive with my aftercare since the operation.
