Dear Prof. Senapati,

Thank you so much for the bariatric surgery (gastric sleeve) that you did for me on 23^rd August 2018.

I am convinced that this is the best thing for me and I can’t tell you how much better I feel and its only six weeks since my operation.

I also need to tell you that in 2014 I injured my back and damaged the L5 S1 disc and this trapped my sciatic nerve and it was trapped for twelve months until they did surgery, since then I have had permanent pain in my back and limited mobility in my right leg. That was until I had my gastric sleeve surgery and miraculously my back pain has gone and my right leg is getting stronger by the day.

I will forever be eternally grateful to you and your team for giving me my life back.
