I felt so much healthier happier

I had my bypass surgery on 17th October 2020. I’ve struggled with my weight, diabetes and infertility for many many years. To resolve these were the aim of the surgery. To get my diabetes in remission, to be healthy and to have a baby.

Within 6 months I lost just shy of 7 stone. At 6 months post op my diabetes was officially in remission with a HBA1c at 34 down from 92 at surgery date. I felt so much healthier happier and now after years of infertility I am pregnant with a little girl who is due in the new year.
